Job Description

  • Assist Finance Manager in production of financial statements and applications, preparation of spreadsheets, produce reports and correspondence as required
  • Prepare and interpret reports, budgets, accounts, commentaries and financial statements
  • Control income, cash flow and expenditure
  • Develop and manage financial systems/models
  • Coordinate and lend the annual audit process, liaise with external auditors and finance committee
  • Prepare, verify, and maintain the payroll records.
  • Compile and validate integrated accounts payable information for all financial functions of the company
  • Prepare and reconcile the records of daily cash and bank transactions
  • Manage the supplier records by reviewing all payments, processing related to suppliers and maintenance of payment records
  • Update the transactions in the company accounting software and send the report to the group consolidation manager by the 5th working day of each month. Also update cash and bank transactions on the accounting software on a weekly basis
  • Take responsibility for, and supervise the work of, subordinates
  • Prepare the inventory report by liaising with procurement department, F&B and Gaming Department
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure timely submission and disbursement of information
  • Complete tax filings and dealing with matters relating to the IRD
  • Prepare an annual budget based upon organizational goals and the planned targets in the guidance of the Finance manager.
  • Maintain a documented system of accounting policies and procedures
