Job Description

We are looking for dedicated and skilled Field Technical Support professionals to join our team. The role involves:

  • Installation, preventive maintenance, and servicing in the field.
  • Installation, repair, and troubleshooting of digital payment equipment at client sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to problem calls/tickets from customers and provide technical assistance.
  • Perform on-site installations, preventive maintenance, and repairs.
  • Deliver excellent customer service while resolving technical issues.
  • Maintain proper service records and ensure timely support.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members to resolve issues promptly.
