Basic knowledge of computer and mobile applications like emails, Viber, SMS, Social Media
Candidates with a valid driver's license and a two-wheeler vehicle will be prioritized

An exciting new opportunity awaits you as we are hiring a Field Support Specialist for BijuliPower Product in a rapidly growing fin-tech company, Aloi Private Limited. Aloi Private Limited is a technology company that builds loan insight software. You would be working from our office in Kuleshwor, Kathmandu

BijuliPower

BijuliPower is a product under Aloi, to revive the grounded Safa Tempo all over Kathmandu Valley. This product aims to revive around 150 Safa Tempo and get them back on the road. BijuliPower will be providing accessible financing to the interested owners and try to save the iconic “Safa Tempo” sector

Main Responsibilities:

Approaching and onboarding new clients for the product
Field visit within Kathmandu valley for product activities implementation
Provide support to the team such as in data collection and reporting
Carrying out different works related to trading vehicles
Take initiatives to solve problems, provide feedback, and continuous improvement regarding field work
Build good relationships with existing clients and extend the partnership further
Assist in the documentation, translation, and content preparation
Any other ad-hoc tasks as required by the product
