Asal Chhimekee Nepal, (the Social Initiative of Pokhara Christian Community), is implementing "Earthquake Response V Phase Project" in Nalgad Municipality, Jajarkot, and "Emergency Relief and Resilience Project" in Aathbiskot Municipality, Rukum West. We are seeking qualified candidate for the following position:

Position: Field Supervisor

Duration: Nine months, possibility of extension 

Grade: 7A (as per ACN Employment Manual)

Work Area: Aathbiskot Municipality, Rukum West and Nalgad Municipality Jajarkot.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (preferably in Sociology or Rural Development)
• Minimum one year of experience is preferable in community development
• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Power Point
• Proficiency both in Nepali and English language Preference for candidates with a two-wheeler license

Responsibilities:

• Support in planning, budgeting, and implementing events in line with project outcomes Coordinating with stakeholders, engaging with the community, and managing human resources 
• Support in reporting, data analysis, prepare case stories and documentation Application Requirements:
