Job Description

As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of customers through direct face-to-face interaction, ensuring a high level of personal service and customer satisfaction. You will serve as the key contact for customers, collaborating with internal departments such as Operations, Customer Service, and Finance to resolve issues and ensure smooth service delivery.

You will also play a critical role in generating new business, maintaining existing accounts, and achieving sales targets through strategic planning and regular customer engagement. Additionally, you will support the Head of Commercial with performance evaluations against KPIs, and contribute to sales planning and pipeline development in alignment with the overall country sales strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing and potential customers through regular visits and direct engagement.
  • Serve as the main liaison between customers and DHL departments to resolve service, credit, and operational issues.
  • Support sales planning through regular performance reporting and KPI analysis.
  • Work collaboratively with internal departments and sales colleagues to maximize customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
  • Develop and maintain an annual customer call cycle, targeting new business acquisition and competitor account conversion.
  • Adhere to regional pricing guidelines and ensure all customer agreements are cost-effective.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and agreements in the CRM system.
  • Analyze customer trends and data to support decision-making and strategic action plans.
