Job Role:

As a Recruitment officer , this role requires proactive on-the-ground engagement, a deep understanding of their local area (including its purpose, people, and places), and the drive to achieve results with a positive and success-oriented mindset.

Recruiters must possess strong in-sourcing abilities, excel at screening potential candidates, are energetic and self-motivated, and have a knack for connecting with people within their local province,

Responsibility:

This role demands setting ambitious project-wide hiring targets and meeting targets with urgency, dedication, and a strong sense of ownership.
You will be expected to manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing, screening, interviewing to recruiting and ensuring project completion within the given timelines.
You will be responsible for recruiting candidates for diverse positions, including construction and trade category, labors, cleaners, security guards, drivers, hospitality workers, caregivers, health workers etc.
Your key responsibilities will include successfully sourcing suitable candidates from provincial local markets, labor hubs, and training centers.
Building and nurturing a strong referral network within your community will also be crucial to your success.

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Possess strong in-sourcing abilities, excel at screening potential candidates, are energetic and self-motivated, and have a knack for connecting with people within their local province.
At least 2 years progressive work experience in similar field and/or reputed recruitment agency/manpower company with successful track record.
