Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced candidate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of real estate development projects from inception to completion of our housing and apartment projects. Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all daily operations of multiple real estate projects in the Chitwan region.
  • Create and implement strategies to maximize the rental potential of properties under management.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure they are maintained to the highest standards.
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure cost-effective and timely completion of projects.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote and lease available properties.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with tenants, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
  • Manage and allocate budgets, ensuring financial targets are met.
  • Conduct regular market research to stay updated on industry trends and competition.
  • Hire, train and supervise property management staff.
  • Oversee administrative tasks such as lease agreements, documentation, and financial reports.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
