Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing with 2 years of working experience in I/NGOs. “OR” Proficiency Certificate level in nursing, HA with 3 years of working experience in I/NGOs.
• TOT on SBA, maternal and neonatal child health care will be highly prioritized.
• Candidates worked in recovery programs and disaster risk management will be highly prioritized.
• Experience of working in the hill area of Nepal and is acquainted with the local context.
• Excellent command of spoken of local language.
• Good social mobilization, motivation and community sensitization skills.
• Computer Literacy- Words, Excel, Access.
• Acts as a team player and facilitates teamwork
• Excellent verbal communication/facilitation skills
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish working relations with target communities and project team
• Two wheeler diving licence will be an added advantage. 
• Candidates from the project areas are preferred
