  • At least 5-7 years of work experience in a technical call center, NOC or equivalent environment
  • In depth knowledge and experience in fiber optics sensing systems required
  • Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to lead projects and project deliverables
  • Flexible to perform 24x7 rotating shift duty
  • Willing to work flexible hours & after hours work as & when required
  • Familiarity with both component-level and system-level optical specification and design
  • Familiarity with optical alignment methodologies and equipment

Job Description

  • Supporting, configuring, maintaining and upgrading all passive and active networks and   infrastructures
  • Immediate response to emergency calls and perform initial troubleshoot to pinpoint the problem
  • Monitor the Fiber Trunk link connection for ISP headend and escalate the issue to designated Vendors
  • Monitor the Optical network issues deployed in the different location and forward the issue to respective vendor and technicians
  • Provide cost effective corrective solutions whenever possible
  • Provide timely response and resolution to all incidents, outages and performance alerts
  • Collaborate with vendors & other technical teams on a regular basis
  • Ensure prompt and efficient resolution of incidents, meeting SLA requirements
  • Generate excel pivot tables to compile key company data and reports
  • Preparation and compilation of team and vendors weekly and monthly reports
