Job Description

The F&B Team Leader is responsible for leading the hotel's food and beverage team and reporting to the F&B Manager, guaranteeing top-notch service and guest satisfaction. This role involves directing and guiding a team of service staff, ensuring effective restaurant operations, and working closely with the culinary team and senior managers.

Responsibilities:

  • Follow instructions and report to the F&B manager
  • Direct the F&B team during shifts when the Manager is not present to guarantee prompt and superior service.
  • Liaise with the F&B Manager to deal with any issues or managing of inventory and stock control when the manager is not present.
  • Coordinate with the culinary team for accurate and timely order delivery.
  • Address and resolve guest feedback and issues in regards to food and service.
  • Educate and guide new and existing team members of their duties and responsibilities when required.
  • Ensure the dining area setup aligns with the hotel's service standards.
  • Contribute to the planning and coordination of events or special dining experiences.
