Education Level	:	Under Graduate (Bachelor)
Experience Required	:	More than or equal to 2 years

Timely analysis of Food & Beverage prices in relation to competition
Assist in planning regular and special event menu
Proficiency in using computer software to monitor inventory and maintaining duty roaster
Taking ownership of issues or tasks and also give detail update to Management Team
Capable of handling irritate customers with a friendly/calm attitude
Hire and train new restaurant's staffs
Create & maintain F&B's standard operating procedures
Entertainment of potential and existing customers
Handle all F&B inquiries and ensure timely follow up on the same business day
Completion of monthly inventory
Ensure that customers are satisfied with food & beverage service
Assist in menu planning and pricing by liaising with Management Team
Assure bar inventory for functions, including opening and closing inventories and accurate bar summaries are prepared
Schedule F&B department meeting among the restaurant team
Attendance and participation at department head meeting
