As a Food and Beverage Associate, you will play a key role in providing attentive service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Educational background in Hospitality Management, Hotel Operations, or Tourism Studies
• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a food & beverage service role
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Adherence to food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Knowledge of POS systems, order handling, and customer service standards is an advantage

Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include previous experience in a customer-facing role, knowledge of different types of cuisine, and basic math skills for handling payment transactions.
