Job Description

Hotel Marshyangdi is looking for a dedicated and experienced Food and Beverage Assistant Manager to support the Food & Beverage department in delivering high-quality dining experiences. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of F&B operations, and a commitment to excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in overseeing daily food and beverage operations to ensure smooth service.
  • Supervise and train F&B staff to maintain high service and hygiene standards.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure seamless dining experiences.
  • Monitor inventory levels, manage stock, and ensure cost-effective procurement.
