Previous retail experience, preferably in fashion or apparel.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
A passion for fashion and a keen eye for style trends.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Basic math skills and proficiency in handling cash transactions.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of the products available in the store, including fabrics, styles, and trends, to effectively assist customers with their inquiries and purchase decisions.
Sales:Proactively engage with customers to identify their needs and recommend suitable products, leading to increased sales and customer satisfaction.
Merchandising:Assist with merchandising tasks such as stocking shelves, arranging displays, and maintaining the visual presentation of the store to ensure an inviting shopping environment.
Cash Handling: Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit/debit cards, and other forms of payment in compliance with company policies and procedures.
Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment to ensure products are readily available for customers.
Up-selling and Cross-selling: Utilize product knowledge and sales techniques to upsell and cross-sell additional items, maximizing sales opportunities and enhancing the customer experience.
Promotions and Events: Participate in promotional events and sales campaigns to drive customer traffic and promote brand awareness.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues and management to achieve store targets, resolve customer issues, and maintain a positive work environment.
