Shortlisted: Based on the initial screening and assessment, you have been deemed as a qualified and promising candidate for the job position. You have been shortlisted and are being considered for the next stage of the selection process, such as interviews or additional evaluations.
If you get shortlisted for the position, you will be informed by the respective company not merojob.
Interviewed: You have been invited to participate in an interview as part of the selection process. OR This status indicates that you have already gone through the interview stage.
If you are selected for an interview, the respective company will directly notify you, not merojob.
Selected: Congratulations! You have been chosen as the preferred candidate for the job position. This status indicates that you have successfully passed the selection process and are being considered for further steps or a job offer.
Fulfilled: The position you applied for has already been successfully filled by another candidate, and the recruitment process for that specific role is no longer active.
