From screening to hiring, you can view the candidate's status through each stage from the RMS.
Click on the number below the application from Active Jobs and View Details.
Here are the statuses that can be assigned to the candidates to distinguish and manage the candidates in the pipeline.
Unscreened
Screened
Shortlisted
Interviewed
Selected
Flagged
Rejected
You cannot go back to the previous status after having moved ahead.
Unscreened:
All applicants who applied for the job will be assigned this status automatically.
Screened:
Once you have reviewed the applicants' CVs, the status will be changed to screened.
Shortlisted:
Applicants who have been reviewed and deemed suitable for the next step of the selection process are given the status of Shortlisted. You can add remarks to note your thoughts and impressions of the candidate. After shortlisting, you can conduct a phone interview and decide whether to move the candidate forward to a face-to-face interview or not.
Interviewed:
After conducting a job interview, you can note down remarks about the candidate and mark them as Yes, No, or Maybe.
Selected:
If you decide to hire a candidate, you can mark them as Selected. This way, you'll have a historical record and timeline of every candidate you have selected.
Flagged:
If a candidate raises a concern or issue during the hiring process, you can mark them as Flagged and add remarks stating the reason for the flag.
Rejected:
Candidates who are not suitable for the job or do not pass the hiring process will be marked as Rejected.
Using candidate statuses can help you keep track of the hiring process and make informed decisions when selecting the best candidate for the job.
The RMS provides a comprehensive overview of your recruitment process by displaying the total number of candidates that have been screened, shortlisted, interviewed, selected, flagged, and rejected, as well as those that are still unscreened at the very top.
Timeline:
By clicking on the icon beside the status, you can see the timeline from when the candidate applied for the job till the very end of the hiring process.
