• Prepare module outline as per existing curriculum guidelines and pedagogical practices in compliance with university/college’s academic standard 
  
• Execute lessons efficiently using progressive teaching and learning approaches
• Create conducive learning environment that promote students’ interest, preference and curiosity
• Instruct students about the structure and content of the English language (Business English)
• Deliver lesson plans in and outside classroom with effective instruction and proper guidance
• Facilitate students’ learning with constant observation and progressive assessment to help student achieve their learning objectives
• Teach students to think critically when studying literature and poetry
• Teach students to analyze and question media reports, advertisements, and news reports
• Identify students as per their learning abilities and prepare lessons accordingly
  
• Apply differentiate teaching and learning practices to those who are identified as slow learners
• Try and listen to each student’s concerns and demonstrate understanding with empathy
• Promote collaborative and cooperative learning culture to help students feel connected
