National Banking Institute Limited (NBI) is a national level apex banking and finance academy established under the aegis of Nepal Bankers´ Association with support from Asian Development Bank with a vision to be the most preferable learning institute for providing and enhancing the competence of banking and financial service personnel in a changed environment. Job Description:

• Develop and review curriculum for training courses,
• Review of contents and delivery of other trainers.
• Prepare case-study based training materials,
• Conduct Training Programs as a trainer,
• Draft role/position wise competency benchmark for the industry and upon request help Banks carry out their Training Need Assessment as per the benchmark.
• Liaise with concerned department heads of BFIs/MFIs for customizing courses
• Review text books of Certification Courses and ensure quality,
• Develop examination questions for certification courses/trainings/promotions/recruitments etc. and check answer sheets,
• Work as consultant in NBI’s consultancy services.
• Involve in research activities of NBI
• Help BFIs/MFIs plan and deliver training to all including employees of remote branches.

Skills & Knowledge required the positions:

• Self-driven, action oriented and passionate about educating Banking/Microfinance employees
• Very good communication and interpersonal skill
• Must be conversant with Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluency in English and Nepali.
