Job Description

Position overview: 

Our Inhouse (Full-time, regular) faculty member is responsible for achieving the strategic objectives of the college by playing the roles of teacher, scholar, researcher, and mentor of the Department of Information Technology and Department of Management. She/he reports to the Head of Department (Department In-Charge).  The faculty member is responsible for developing the lesson plan, conducting classes, tutorials and laboratory sessions on the regular basis and evaluating students’ performance.

Key roles and responsibilities:

  • Conducting the Teaching and Learning Activities (Prepare lessons plan and conduct classroom teaching and learning activities; develop teaching learning materials, Conduct Assessments and exams, Execute Field Activities, Conduct Lab Activities etc.)
  • Conducting various students support functions (get enrolled in admission, counseling and induction, career mentoring, placements and corrective disciplinary supports)
  • Administrative and other functions (Participate in different committees and meetings, in conducting other co-curricular and extracurricular activities, brainstorming sessions, student management issues and supports as sought by college)
  • Involve in research and other activities/duties as assigned by the college.

The duty station is Kathford International College of Engineering and Management, Block B(IT & Management Block), Balkumari, Lalitpur.
