Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Factory Manager to oversee production and marketing activities at our facility in Godawari, Lalitpur. This is a senior-level management role, requiring strong leadership and expertise in both production management and marketing, specifically within the dairy or food industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all factory operations, including production planning, quality control, and resource management.
Lead marketing strategies and campaigns to promote products within the dairy/food sector.
Develop and implement operational policies to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain high-quality standards throughout the production process.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and logistics, to ensure seamless operations.
