Experience Required	:	More than or equal to 7 years

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in factory management, including roles in both store management and human resources, preferably within the chemicals or manufacturing industry.
Strong leadership and management skills

Oversee and manage the overall factory operations including the store.
Ensure optimal inventory levels to meet production and sales demands.
Develop and implement inventory control procedures to maximize efficiency and minimize waste.
Conduct regular audits of inventory to ensure accuracy.
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely procurement of materials.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment.
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
Manage the recruitment and selection process.
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
