Key Responsibilities:

Oversee Daily Operations: Ensure efficient production and quality control by managing daily factory operations, including supervising staff and monitoring production schedules.

Production Scheduling: Develop and implement production schedules to meet company goals and customer demand, ensuring timely delivery of products.

Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to protect employees and prevent accidents.

Requirements and Skills:

Work Experience: Proven work experience as a Factory Manager, Administrator, or similar role.
Education: Bachelor’s degree or above from a recognized university.
Office Procedures: Solid knowledge of office procedures.
Software Skills: Experience with office management software like MS Office (specifically MS Excel and MS Word).
