Truelancer is seeking a talented and experienced individual to join our team as a Facebook Ads Expert. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing Facebook advertising campaigns to achieve our clients' goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

As Facebook Ads Expert, you will be responsible for:

Develop and implement effective Facebook advertising strategies that align with client objectives.
Create, manage, and optimize Facebook ad campaigns to maximize reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
Conduct in-depth audience research to identify target demographics and refine ad targeting.
Collaborate closely with our creative team to design compelling ad creatives that resonate with our clients' brand identities.
Analyze campaign performance data, extract valuable insights, and make data-driven decisions to continually improve campaign performance.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates to ensure our campaigns remain cutting-edge and effective.

Requirements:

To successfully succeed in this role, you should possess the following:

A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in creating and managing successful Facebook advertising campaigns.
A proven track record of achieving positive ROI and meeting client KPIs.
A deep understanding of digital marketing principles, including ad formats, bidding strategies, and targeting options on the Facebook platform.
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
Exceptional communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
