Job Description

The Export Sales Officer will be responsible for driving international sales growth, managing client relationships, and coordinating end-to-end export operations for polymer products. The role requires previous experience in the carpet, cement, or flooring industry and a strong understanding of international trade practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities in international markets.
Maintain and grow relationships with existing overseas clients and distributors.
Prepare and manage export documentation, including proforma invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents.
Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely order execution and delivery.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support pricing and sales strategies.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with international clients.
Monitor and ensure compliance with international trade regulations, INCOTERMS, and customs requirements.
Participate in international trade exhibitions and virtual B2B events as needed.
Provide regular sales forecasts, market insights, and performance reports to management.
