We are seeking a skilled and motivated Export Sales Manager to spearhead our international sales operations and expand our global reach.

Job Summary: The Export Sales Manager will oversee the company’s export activities, develop strategies to penetrate international markets, and manage relationships with global clients. This role requires a proactive individual with extensive experience in export sales within the iron and steel sector, a strong understanding of international trade practices, and excellent negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Market Expansion:

  • Identify and target new international markets for Hulas Iron Industries’ products.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to increase market share and drive export growth.

2. Sales Execution:

  • Manage the complete export sales cycle, including prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with new and existing international clients to secure ongoing business.

3. Customer Relationship Management:

  • Provide exceptional service to international clients, addressing their needs, queries, and issues promptly.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and maintain high levels of customer retention.

4. Market Analysis:

  • Conduct comprehensive market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Analyze market data to formulate effective export strategies and identify potential opportunities.

5. Coordination and Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including production, logistics, and finance, to ensure efficient export operations and timely product delivery.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align export strategies with overall business objectives.

6. Regulatory Compliance:

  • Ensure all export activities comply with international trade regulations, company policies, and legal requirements.
