Over the years we have acquired knowledge and developed processes for all facets of international trade such as data entries of international trade contracts, handling all types of communications for execution of the international trade contracts including follow up for adherence to payment terms, logistics & documentation terms, technical parameters and inspections, processing of accounting entries, financial statements and MIS, human resource acquisition and development processes etc. on behalf of our international clients as per their instructions and requirement. 

For handling business processes of our newly acquired international clients we are looking for young & ambitious, qualified and experienced candidates to join our team of International business specialists. 

Bright and qualified professionals with master or bachelor  degree in international trade, master of business administration, master of marketing & sales and textiles technology graduates may also be considered for joining our team as Trainees.

Job Description

Tasks & Activities

1. Supporting in generating relevant leads by collaborating with marketing team for LinkedIn campaigns, identifying trade bodies, EPC and portals pertaining to specific markets and segments for promoting Texperts as a knowledge & reliable partner.

  • Being Active on LinkedIn, connect with professionals & post promotional content offering Products & Services
  • Assigning customers from Market Intelligence data and other sources to generate leads
  • Identify relevant EPC's & Trade Bodies for various Markets
  • Identify Portals and agencies for Product Segments
  • Connecting with Decision Makes/Decision Influencers of Potential customers and create credibility for Texperts as a knowledge and reliable partner.

2. Supporting and achieving sales target by generating business from existing/new & dormant customers.

  • Keep presenting New Products to existing customers and conduct video meetings at regular intervals
  • Improve profitability through Trading orders and adding differentiated products
  • Identify Dormant customers and convert them into regular customers
  • Having Periodic review on new customer development and converting potential leads into sales.
  • Proper selection of Supplier base for segment specific applications

3. Facilitating and ensuring smooth execution of orders thereby retaining and expanding business with the existing customers

  • Monitoring timely updates to customers and suppliers on the order status
  • Resolving Quality complaints with mutual consent of customers and suppliers
  • Ensuring timely payments, documents submission & Committed delivery time
  • Follow up for timely receipt of commissions 

4. To take up assignments that will support creation of process, system or structure for the entire IMS division or other divisions.

  • Completing Assigned Tasks on time
  • Taking Initiatives and participations in Event organization
  • Brining New Ideas and concepts to the CNCC for new product creation.
