Bright and qualified professionals with master or bachelor  degree in international trade, master of business administration, master of marketing & sales and textiles technology graduates may also be considered for joining our team as Trainees.

Job Description

Tasks & Activities

1. Managing and Increasing business Volume with existing customers 

  • Calling and sending mail to customer for new inquiry. 
  • Taking appointment and going to their office and making presentation for our core product collection as well as new collection to Buyer.  
  • New sample development as per buyer selection or design. 
  • Provide all required detail to close order with customer Like product price, Specs, Lead time, etc.

2. Developing new customers 

  • Taking new customer detail from Online data sourcing, our Exhibition visitor data.

3. Understanding Buyer NDP and offering them product accordingly. Price negotiation with customers and supplier to meet Buyers NDP and converting inquiries into orders. 

  • Understand buyer Requirement Like - Product, Brand Requirement, testing requirement, Bulk lead time and Price - Accordingly offering price and lead time. 
  • Continuous follow up for bulk order. 

4. Choosing right supplier based on buyer’s requirement.

  • As per Customer requirement, discussion with sourcing team and compare supplier to meet buyer requirement.

5. Supervising of Pre & Postproduction & complete execution of order to deliver the goods on time with right quality 

  • With sourcing team order follow up to complete task on time 
  • Try to resolve problem if team stuck in any stage.

6. Giving pleasing experience to customer.

  • Based on Quality issue negotiate with supplier and buyer and close problem in win-win.

Culture & Learning

  • Do other team members activities if they are not available/ getting struck. 
  • Doing Huddle, Tactical, Strategic meetings for review & competence development webinar.
  • Attend cultural activities.
