Job Description

  • Provide full supports to General Manager for Executive Office daily administrative work.
  • Ensures VIP amenity welcome letter are prepared and deliver to Guest Room timely.
  • Attends meeting to plan, organize, prioritize, coordinate and manage daily activities.
  • Work with team to gather information necessary to manage projects, achieve goals, and resolve issues
  • Provide administrative support to the General Manager, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
  • Efficiently manage office documents, records, and information.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Screen and prioritize phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Assist in event planning and coordination.
  • Conduct research and gather data as requested by the General Manager.
  • Liaise with other staff members and external contacts as needed.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of the office or department.
