Our mission is to empower marginalized communities through equitable, inclusive and holistic development programs. There are four pillars in our developmental approach: Education, Health & Environment, Economy and Basic infrastructure development. Job Description

  • Manage the Executive Director’s calendar; including scheduling appointments, interviews and meetings.
  • Correspond on behalf of the Executive Director through phone, email & letters.
  • Communicate with other organizations, international volunteers & staff.
  • Coordinate tasks for the staff, keep track of milestones & present achievement reports.
  • Travel & event planning for the Executive Director.
  • Read reports prepared by staff and other organizations and summarize for the Executive Director.
  • Attend meetings with the Executive Director. Take notes, prepare charts and presentations.
  • Document & organize all tasks & important documentation maintained by the organization.
  • Manage the office’s day to day activities as necessary.

Salary& benefits: Rs 18,000/- to 22,000/- Based on qualification & experience
