Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Executive Secretary to join our team at KTM Security Services. The Executive Secretary plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our organization.

Responsibilities: 

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the executive team 
  • Manage and maintain executive team calendars 
  • Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence 
  • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, presentations, and reports 
  • Take meeting minutes and follow up on action items 
  • Assist with the preparation of company documents, reports, and presentations 
  • Conduct research and gather information for various projects 
  • Act as a point of contact between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders 
  • Manage confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion 
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
