Job Description

Job Purpose:

Manages general office duties, assists with director duties and corresponds with clients, customers and vendors.

The responsibilities of candidates will include:

  • Performing all clerical duties, including but not limited to, mailing and filing correspondence
  • Drafting emails, letters to bank & financial institutions, clients, customer and Vendors
  • Type’s correspondence, meeting notes and forms
  • Preparation of reporting formats, other formats, procedures, making agenda’s and minutes of meetings
  • Preparation of various documents related to day to day business operations as assigned
  • Managing Filing system and compiles data
  • Interacts with directors when necessary
  • Perform additional duties when required, including drafting and organizing the filing system
  • Taking online permissions, filing complaints, registration for events
  • Survey of products
