Job Description

  • Look after all office affairs
  • Do all secretarial jobs, filing, correspondences, appointments, office management etc
  • Create and maintain calendar of appointment schedules, events and meetings for the director.
  • Draft, transcribe and distribute agendas, minutes of the meetings, mails and correspondences.
  • Coordinate/liaise with other staff to follow-up on deadlines required by the director.
  • Handle sensitive project information with great tact, discretion and judgment.
  • Perform other miscellaneous official duties as assigned by the director.
