  • Bachelor’s Degree in Management or related field with minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in secretarial/administrative roles.

  • Should demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills with fluency in both written and spoken (Both in English and Nepali)
  • Should have knowledge of Email corresponding and internet browsing
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills
  • Strong time-management skills and the ability to organize and coordinate multiple projects at once
  • Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials, and exercise discretion when interfacing with the business

Note:

  • Prior experience in Visa application and travel arrangement is a must.
  • Age should not exceed 30.

Job Description

  • Manage agendas, email, calls, visa application, travel arrangements, client management, and other company logistics
  • Look after MD’s general office affairs, draft agenda, prepare minutes of meeting and follow up on action points from meetings
  • Coordinate complex scheduling and extensive calendar management, as well as management of content and flow of information to senior executives, and company talents
  • Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters etc.) to/from MD
  • Responsible for coordinating with entire departments
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the concerned authority
