Job Description

The Sales Reservation Executive is responsible for managing and maximizing hotel bookings and revenue. This includes responding to client inquiries, converting leads into confirmed bookings, assisting with sales strategies, and ensuring exceptional customer service to drive hotel sales and guest satisfaction. The role combines responsibilities in both sales and reservations, requiring strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle all incoming reservation requests, including phone calls, emails, and online booking platforms, ensuring prompt and accurate booking confirmation.
  • Monitor room availability and ensure that reservation systems are updated regularly to reflect real-time availability and rates.
  • Follow up with prospective clients, send reminders for booking confirmations, and provide additional information to ensure their reservations are secured.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing reservation inquiries, handling special requests, and resolving booking issues promptly.
  • Maintain communication with guests before, during, and after their stay to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Address any issues or complaints related to bookings, cancellations, or modifications in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist in executing sales campaigns, seasonal offers, and promotions to boost occupancy and revenue.
  • Assist in gathering information on market trends, competitor pricing, and customer preferences to inform sales strategies.
  • Provide feedback and insights to the marketing team to create attractive sales materials, advertisements, and online content.
  • Regularly report sales performance, occupancy rates, and booking trends to the sales and management teams.
  • Ensure the correct room rates, special offers, and promotions are loaded into the system and updated regularly.
  • Coordinate with the front desk team to ensure seamless check-in and check-out for guests, especially for group and VIP bookings.
  • Maintain and generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on reservations, occupancy, and revenue.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and other potential partners to secure repeat business.
  • Participate in training and development programs as needed.
  • Attend sales meetings and training sessions as required
  • Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
