The group represents leading accountancy and advisory firms with two offices in the city of London (UK) and its branches in Dubai (UAE) & Kathmandu (Nepal). All the work would be for the UK and international clients. You will have to work closely with our team in London and clients based in the UK and various countries around the globe. So, you will get exceptional international exposure.

Job Description

An exciting new opportunity awaits you as we are hiring an Executive – Sales and Client Relationship in a rapidly growing UK-based group of companies. You would be working from our office in Tinkune, Kathmandu.

Main Responsibilities:

  •  Answering inbound sales calls, emails and live chats
  • Understanding and explaining UK customers the products and services of the company over emails, telephone or online meetings
  • Building relationships with business owners to meet their accountancy needs
  • Producing and sending quotes and proposals to the prospects using our software
  • Following up on the quotes and proposals sent to the prospects
  • Updating client details in our CRM software noting services
  • Preparing brochures and marketing materials together in collaboration of IT department
  • Dealing with market channels of the company such as website, social media accounts, etc.
  • Credit control (calling customers on overdue debts)
  • Manage multi-channel comms campaigns, ensuring they’re focused and measured, produce and optimise engaging content, help to produce reports, collateral and web content and assist with events.
  • Investigating and resolving customer complaints
  • Administrative duties as required
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks as required

Besides day-to-day activities as above, you will play a key role in supporting and delivering strategic marketing plans and ensuring focused and engaging messages are communicated to target markets. You will collaborate with other members of the team to ensure an efficient, aligned approach and also to share best practices and innovation. Influencing and supporting team strategic priorities and initiatives, you will enjoy a broad role encompassing the entire business development and marketing mix.

Qualification and experience:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the relevant field
  • Fluent English (both verbal & written)
  • Previous experience in a similar role in English speaking countries, call centres or English news companies will be beneficial
  • Modern Digital marketing skills such as social media, content writing, photoshop, etc would be added bonus

Office Hours:

  • 10am to 7pm (5 days a week) - Saturday and Sunday holiday. However, if you don't have problem working at night, we will also accommodate later hours such as 1pm to 10 pm or part-time role from 6pm to 11pm.
