Reporting To: Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager

Major Job Duties:

• This role is responsible for performing all production-related tasks according to standard operating procedures (SOP) to achieve the production volume target, by SC- Planning and Distribution.
• Coordinating with various cross-functional departments to ensure the seamless operation of all production lines.
• Supervising operators to ensure that work is carried out correctly the first time, while adhering to all safety protocols.
• Ensure the smooth execution of all production activities according to the planned and defined standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process flow.
• Review the daily and monthly production plan and carry out the necessary actions based on the given monthly plan and the reviewed production plan.
• Take corrective measures whenever necessary to ensure the timely achievement of the daily production plan
• Ensure that production targets for top parameters and yields are met and escalate any deviations to the appropriate hierarchy.
• Emphasize the implementation of productivity initiatives and maximize the utilization of manpower and resources on equipment
