Job Description

  • Relevant Master’s degree with at least 6 years of working experience in organizational leadership and management 
  • Evidence of designing projects and formulating project proposals, policies and strategic planning
  • Good networking skills with a proven ability to develop relations with funding agencies, government and other stakeholders 
  • Ability to advocate with government policy makers and influence national and international organizations and groups
  • Good interpersonal skills with ability to build personal and team-based relationships with staff, partners and leaders at all levels 
  • Capable and competent to make decisions with result orientated approach to program and ability to prioritize efficiently in tight deadlines and schedules
  • Good understanding of national and international right based development and politics with strong analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Nepali and English appreciating the multi-disciplinary team in cross-cultural environment

Competent candidates from socially excluded groups such as woman, janajati and dalit will be given preference.  Shortlisted candidates will be called for written and oral interview
