Completed Bachelor Degree (Master's Degree preferred) in Engineering, Agriculture, Development Studies or any other relevant field with more than five years of experience in development activities, 5 years of experience on recovery and reconstruction in housing programme in earthquake-affected district for Bachelor and similarly 3 year experience for master degree
Good Knowledge and skills in English language associated with planning, budgeting, implementation and supervision of the field level activities as well as monitoring and evaluation.
Strong Project management Skills, governance and accountability desirable.
Having good communication skill both in Nepali and English

Job Description

Preparing essential documents as per required such as presentation, reports, fact sheet, check list for activities implementation and others.
Create a project implementation management calendar for fulfilling each activities as defined by project document
Project coordinator should be responsible for effective implementation of the project activities to achieve better results of the project, ensure concerned stakeholders views are manage towards the better implementation of the project in programmatic districts
Able to prepare periodic reports as per donor requirement
Committed and able to facilitate and transfer knowledge within the team members
