Job Description

Requirements:

  • Qualification & Experience: Minimum Graduation pass with 2yrs experiences. 

Responsibilities:

  • Insert customer, vendor, and account data by inputting text-based and numerical information from source documents within a given time frame.
  • Compile data, verify data accuracy, and sort information according to priority to prepare source data for computer entry. Review data for deficiencies or errors.
  • Excellent computer skills (MS Office, Spreadsheet, and Internet) and ready to learn new technologies required for the job. 
  • Make the required entry in our database and system for all vendors of their products and services to make it live.
  • Generate reports on changes in products and services and update them accordingly. Store completed work in designated locations, and perform backup operations.
  • Respond to customer/vendor queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, or chat. Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features.
  • Analyze and report product malfunctions (for example, by testing different scenarios or impersonating users).
  • Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers and vendors.
  • Monitor customer complaints on social media, on calls, emails, and reach out to aid.
  • Inform customers about new features and functionalities & follow up to ensure their technical issues are resolved
  • Gather customer feedback and share it with our BD team, Sales, and Marketing teams.
  • Achieve milestones determined by company management and surpass KPIs set accordingly by putting out the best and most honest exemplary performance.

Salary Range: 20-25K depending upon your experience & skill sets. A Two/Four-wheeler license will be preferrable.
