Job Overview: 

As a Chef and Food Manager, you will deliver a high-quality menu and motivate the staff to provide excellent customer service.The responsibilities include maintaining the kitchens revenue, profitability and quality goals. As a Chef and Food Manager, you will ensure efficient kitchen operation, as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards. Ultimately, you will ensure that the kitchen runs smoothly and customers have pleasant delivery experiences.

Responsibilities: 

    • Help Account with kitchen indents for Indian kitchen
    • Helps the Indian cook, local chef for daily food preparations 
    • Updates about equipment ingredient quantity and quality to Indian Chef for easy ordering with the store
    • Informs Local Chef in regard to daily activity and planning.
    • Responsible for the Indian Mughal food production with quality control and check 
    • Maintaining hygiene and cleanliness of the prep and work area
