Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities (main Food -pan asian ,rotisseur,grillardin abd BBQ)
Modify menus or create new ones that meet quality standards
Estimate food requirements and food/labor costs
Supervise kitchen staff’s activities
Minimum 3 years work experience as Executive Chef or Executive Sous Chef in larger operations and total 5 years of experience in culinary field in a similar field
Relevant knowledge in international cuisine and must hold strong Western and Continental experience
Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards

5 years minimum work experience in related field

Must have good personality
Understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedurest
Accuracy and speed in handling emergency situations and providing solutions
Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS)
Familiar with industry’s best practices
Should have team Spirit
Preferred Bachelor in Hotel management.
