  • Should have Degree / Diploma in Hotel Management
  • A minimum of 5 years in supervisory experience
  • Excellent communication skills with pleasing personality
  • Excellent record of kitchen management
  • Other duties as assigned 

Job Description

  • Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities
  • Modify menus or create new ones that meet quality standards
  • Supervise kitchen staffs activities
  • Should have thorough knowledge of different cuisines
  • Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently

NOTE:

  • Candidates should have strong interpersonal and communication skills
