Job Description

  • Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, our valued clients, external partners and stakeholders. 
  • Ensure proper information flow (formal and informal channel) to facilitate CEO’s schedules, meetings, visits and appointments. 
  • Manage travel and accommodation arrangements including bookings, itinerary and logistics for CEO. 
  • Budget, track and monitor and report daily expenditures. 
  • Monitor corporate emails, prepare presentations, draft agendas, arrange meetings and take minutes. 
  • Screen and direct phone calls and messages, and disseminate information on behalf of the CEO. 
  • Facilitate CEO’s ability to lead and manage special projects. 
  • Identify and evaluate business risks with risk owners and formulate ways to mitigate and reduce them. 
  • Proactively determine and communicate an appropriate course of action to the CEO for each arising of an issue. 
  • Arrange necessary documentation for the execution of business agreements with Banks, Vendors or other parties. 
  • Maintain contact and email lists. 
  • Follow up pending job works or correspondence with different departments, internal and external stakeholders and vendors.
