• New Prospect Client Generation and Sales Growth
• Sales Promotions, Market Development, Expos, Seminars to grow sales
• College and University Visit Organizing, Value Creation from that, Preparing Reports and Submitting to Head Office
• Customer Relationship, College / Uni Relationships
• Manage the relationship on behalf of the organization and head office (Sydney)
• Organize meetings, diaries, calendars for 4Nations Group  as per regular instructions
• Manage social media including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc
• Workflow Development and Monitoring for productivity, efficiency, and compliance
• Branch Visit, Training and Quality Assurance
• Subagent and Referral Agent Visit, Relationships, Assurance to protect their business and not snatch from them without benefiting them
• Making Sure commissions are paid on time
• Complaint handling and resolution
• Staff Management, Performance Management, KPI Management, Sales Reporting
• Staff Hiring, Coaching, Management
• New Market / Product Development in liaison with Head Office
• Counseling and documentation/processing/ communicating with clients, Immigration and other parties as and when necessary
• Forging relationships with third parties i.e. Banks, Travel Agents, Document Processing Parties, etc in the benefit of the organization and for the service of clients
• Signing up new colleges and universities in new destination countries in liaison with head office and implement them within the organization for new products and services and expand our market.
• Meeting KPI requirements in terms of quality assurance, productivity and conversion timeline, follow-ups, etc.
