  • Superb communication skills (please, don’t be shy, speak up)

  • Creative thinking. Many people call it “thinking outside the box”
  • Working under pressure, multitasking and, also, prioritizing tasks
  • Proper time management and Organizational Skills
  • Good team player with a questioning, inquisitive, challenging, problem solving mindset
  • High degree of precision and attention to detail.
  • Advanced Excel proficiency is preferred.
  • A Driving License of a 2-wheeler – This is a must (4-Wheeler is a surplus)
  • Having a great personality. Being photogenic also helps
  • Knowledge of Accounting and Bookkeeping.
  • Fluent English (both verbal & written)
  • Any kind of DIY or creative projects and talents is a major PLUS

What are your responsibilities?

Needless to say, you’ll have to give your 100 percent to the growth of the company. I mean, that’s what we should do to any enterprise -and any relationship- we enter.

But, more precisely, here are your responsibilities (only if we hire you, okay?):

  • Accounting/Bookkeeping
  • Liaising with the Executives, tax advisors and coordinate with external auditors.
  • Managing expenses, paying bills and maintaining well-documented financial files.
  • Assisting with the social media presence of the brand (Facebook, Instagram, and other digital marketing platforms)
  • Coordinating communications of Executives (taking calls, responding to emails, interacting with internal employees and clients)
  • Composing correspondence on behalf of executives to be shared internally and externally.
  • Preparing financial statements, reports, memos, invoice letters, and other documents
  • Coordinating executive communications (taking calls, responding to emails, interacting with clients)
  • Filing and retrieving corporate records, documents, and reports
  • Greeting visitors and deciding who gets to meet the executives
  • Planning events and appointments
  • Being the contact between the executives and external or internal colleagues
  • Ready to run errands outside of office whenever necessary
