Conserving the CEO's time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting documents; collecting and analysing information; initiating telecommunications.
Collecting daily/weekly/monthly reports from concerned managers of all the sister companies - Surya Ply, Surya Rug House, Surya Exim, Sarawagi Overseas and Sarawagi Foundation. Maintaining office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; evaluating new office products; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
Ensuring operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques.
Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Staying up to date on all industries concerned with the CEO and recommending best practices or innovation.
