Job Description

Serve as a liaison between the Chairman and clients, Chairman and employees, and other stakeholders
Manage the Chairman and do 80% of Chairman's job
Coordinate complex scheduling and extensive calendar management for Chairman, and follow up
Perform administrative and office support, such as contract drafting, typing, dictation, spreadsheet creation, printing, and maintenance of filing system and contact database as needed by Chairman.
Manage, coordinate, and arrange travel and travel-related activities, including hotel booking, transportation, and meal coordination for Chairman.
Attend meetings, take notes and prepare minutes.
Handle expense reports, invoices and budget tracking.
Support special projects and handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
