Job Description

We’re looking for an Executive Assistant who’s proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You'll be the strategic right hand to our leadership team—keeping schedules organized, communications flowing, and projects on track. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and coordinate executive calendars, ensuring all meetings, appointments, and deadlines are up-to-date and prioritized.
  • Handle emails, prepare internal and external communications, and act as a liaison between executives and stakeholders.
  • Schedule and organize meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Draft reports, presentations, and key documents as needed; maintain confidential records and files.
  • Track tasks and deadlines, manage follow-ups, and assist in moving strategic initiatives forward.
