Qualification:

  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office
  • Extensive knowledge of office administration, clerical procedures, and record keeping systems.
  • Excellent English and Nepali communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent English and Nepali typing skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and contribute to a positive work environment.
  • Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality.

Executive Assistant to MD - 1 No.
Location: Head Office, Kathmandu

Job Summary
The role involves offering thorough and efficient executive assistance to the MD's Office, serving as a primary contact for all communications and visitors to the MD. Additionally, this position will play a crucial role in coordinating logistical and administrative tasks for Nepal CRS’s Board Meetings and Annual General Meetings.

Educational Qualification and Experience :Bachelor’s degree in management / law / Arts / related field 
Experience: Minimum 3 years’ of experience in similar position
