  • Previous experience working in Outsourcing company or Australian Company or a BPO.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Great attention to detail.

  • Smart and able to adapt to different situations.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to organize everything for the Managing Director effectively.
  • Flexible and able to handle changing priorities.
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably Monday.com, is a plus.
  • Experience with tools like Canva, panda doc, Outlook, Teams is plus.

Job Description

  • Manage 2-3 email inboxes on a regular basis. Draft replies, verify and respond on behalf of the Managing Director.
  • Manage multiple projects for the MD including assisting in hiring and onboarding workers.
  • Maintain and manage the Executive's calendar, scheduling meetings, and appointments daily.
  • Send debriefs every day for the following day before logging off.
  • Perform data entry tasks on the CRM system.
  • Monitor other operational team members, flagging and reporting to the Managing Director regularly.
  • Set up reminders for any scheduled events.
  • Take detailed notes during meetings.
  • Perform any other regular administrative tasks assigned.
  • Ad hoc duties.

Working hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (2 breaks in between)
